HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.28590, 28672, 28596, 28660, and 28668 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw all the writ petitions with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies by way of submitting representations to the respondent-Corporation. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to submit representations to the respondent-Corporation seeking to provide suitable postings and on receipt of such representations, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
