This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 in taking action against respondents 4 to 8 as per law pursuant to Crime No.407 of 2019 on the file of Uppal Police Station. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 03.12.2019, submits that, this Court, by its order, dated 11.07.2019, passed in Crl.P.No.3913 of 2019, has stayed the further proceedings in Crime No.407 of 2019, and for the said reason, the authorities could not proceed with the investigation in the above crime. It is also stated by the learned AGP that a notice has been issued to respondent No.1 in Crl.P.No.3913 of 2019, who is the petitioner in the present writ petition, as regards the order of stay granted by this Court. He has placed a copy of the written instructions along with a copy of the order, dated 11.07.2019, passed in Crl.P.No.3913 of 2019. 4.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of the official respondents and since a notice has already been issued to the petitioner to the effect that the authorities could not proceed with the investigation in the matter, in view of the stay granted by this Court, vide its order, dated 11.07.2019, in Crl.P.No.3913 of 2019, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the above criminal petition.

Subject to above observation, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
