W.A.M.P.No.135 of 2011 Review Petition Learned counsel for the appellant submits that, despite best efforts, the legal heirs of the appellant could not be contacted. Although she prays for a further adjournment, considering the substantive relief that could have been granted to the appellant or his legal heirs, and also taking note of the fact that the legal heirs of the appellant have not been contacted till date, we are not inclined to grant any further adjournment.

We are of the considered opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping this review petition pending any longer.

In the given circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that the review petition may, at

this juncture, be closed for want of instructions from the appellant. However, in the event the legal heirs of the appellant approach this Court at a later stage and any genuine grievance still survives, it shall be open to them to move an appropriate application for revival of the review petition.

With the aforesaid observations, the present review petition stands closed.
