Learned counsel for the petition er fairly submits that under Section 64(2) of the Act 30 of 2013, the petitioner has a remedy of seeking a reFerence to the appropriate authority being dissatisfied with the quantum oF compensation awarded, and therefore, he seeks permission of the couft to withdraw the writ petition with ribety to the petitioner to make an application to the District Collector in that regard. Accordingry, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with riberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, who shail consider the application to be made by the petitioner with regard to quantum of compensation awarded, in accordance with law, There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
