Sriram, learned counsel for the respondentinstitution/college submits that during pendency of the appeal, the University has granted affiliation in view of joint inspection conducted in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 15.7.2015, and hence, nothing further survives in the writ appeal.
Mr. A. Abhishek Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant does not dispute the statement made by learned counsel for the respondentinstitution/college. In the circumstances, the writ appeal is disposed of as infructuous. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
