THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21060 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of house properties bearing plot Nos.10, 36 and 36-A, 3, 2, 81, 18, 80, 19, 8, 74/B, 4, 25, 3, 18, 65, 1 and 2, 81, 125, 34, 9, 64, 74/A, 24, 119, 120, 128, 108, 88 and 4 respectively situated at Dommara Pochampally Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and trying to dispossess them high handedly as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court, by order dated 25.09.2009 directed the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of houses on plot Nos.10, 36 and 36-A, 3, 2, 81, 18, 80, 19, 8, 74/B, 4, 25, 3, 18, 65, 1 and 2, 81, 125, 34, 9, 64, 74/A, 24, 119, 120, 128, 108, 88 and 4 respectively situated at Dommara Pochampally Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Government Pleader submits that in view of the said interim order, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
