The grievance of the petitioner is that on default, certain installments to the respondents Bank has put lock to the premises which is the subject matter and the said action is without following due process of law and the same is in violation of principles of natural justice.

When the matter came up on 09-10-2013, notice was ordered and the same is listed now after five years which is reasonably presumed that cause of action do not survive any longer. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
