This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.p.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos.l to 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.422 of 2021 pending on the file of Station House Officer, t t Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences g ( punishable under Sections 406, 420 of I.p.C., Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 3 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 - State. Perused the material on record.

3. A perusal of the record would reveal that in the course of business transactions cheques bearing Nos.939236, 939237, 939238 were issued. Since cheques were dishonoured with reason "funds insufficient" when presented for clearance, the present complaint is filed under Sections 406 and 420 of lpC. There are no specific allegations in the complaint to attract prima facie offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IpC.
