Vide the impugned order, the Court below allowed the petition filed by the petitioner / defendant No'3 under Order IX Rule 7 read with Section 151 of CPC praying the Court to set aside the ex-parte order passed on 16.04.2012 and permit the petitioner / defendant No.3 to file written statement in the main Suit' 4.
The said l.A. was allowecl by the Court below subject of payment of costs of Rs.60,0O0 l- to ttre District Legal Services Authority, Ranga ReddY District.

Considering the gap after which the said I.A. was filed and then taking into consideration the costs imposed upon the petitioner / defendant No.3, this Court does not find any strong case made out calling for an interference. The Revision Petition accordingly stands rejected. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stald closed.
