Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/wife. 2.

Though notice is served on the respondent/husband, none appears for the respondent/husband.

This petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, to the Court of the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court, at Vijayawada. The said O.P., was filed by the respondent/husband for grant of divorce.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submits that the petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.1136 of 2018 seeking restitution of conjugal rights before the Family Court, Vijayawada. The petitioner/wife also filed M.C.No.730 of 2018 before the same Court seeking maintenance. The petitioner stays at her parents' house at Vijayawada and that it is very difficult for her to attend the Court at Sanga Reddy and hence, the petitioner seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, to the Court of the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court, at Vijayawada.

Having heard the submissions and also perusing the pleadings in the affidavit, I am satisfied that there is sufficient ground for transfer of the case to Vijayawada. 6.

In the result, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed transferring H.M.O.P.No.45 of 2018 from the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, to the Court of the Hon'ble Judge, Family Court, at Vijayawada.
