THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1977 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A5 in Crime No.93 of 2013 of Kothagudem III Town Police Station, Khammam District, for the offence under Section 498-A IPC. The criminal petition in so far as petitioner Nos.1 to 3/A1 to A3 was dismissed by order dated 03.03.2014 and the petition is pending in so far as petitioner Nos.4 and 5/A4 and A5 only. Learned counsel for the petitioners requested this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Granting permission to petitioner Nos.4 and 5/A4 and A5 to do so, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
