THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL APPEAL No.1O98 OF 2024 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is fiIed by the appellant aggrieved by the judgment dated 09.04.2021 in C.C.No.65 of 2073, on the file of I Additional Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB I I Cases, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for ACB.

The appellant herein is the private party and wife .of the accused who was prosecuted for disproportionate l assets vide C.C.No.65 of 2O13. The accused was convicted for 3 years.

The accused preferred Crl.A.No. 192 of 2O2l questioning his conviction.

The present Appeal is liled by the 3.d party/wife of the accused questioning the confiscation of the properties in the impugned judgment dated O9.O4.2O21. The said grievance of the appellant can be agitated in Crl.A.No. 192 of 2021.
