HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18338 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not restraining respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 from constructing the commercial building situated at Survey D.No.365/1-1B, Door No.23-194, Palnadu road, Vinukonda, Guntur District, in violation of the approved plans bearing B.A.No.108/2011 G1 dated 01.10.2011 and B.A.No.106/2011 G1 dated 22.09.2011. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners came to know that the constructions made in deviation of the sanction plans by respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 were regularized by a subsequent order passed by the 2nd respondent. In view of the same, the petitioners want to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings.
