HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE K.G. SHANKAR CONTEMPT CASE NO. 2146 OF 2012 ORDER:

The Writ Petitioner sought for taking action against the respondent for not implementing the orders in Writ Petition No. 4451 of 2005.

The Court directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner along with the case of other petitioners as to the qualifications for appointment as Junior Assistant. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner brought to my notice that the petitioner has expired.

As the petitioner is no more, the cause of action does not survive so far as the petitioner is concerned. Consequently, this Contempt Case is closed as infructuous.
