Heard Sri Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record. Petitioner is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.2-20 gts., in Sy.No.342/ SEe situated at Vallala revenue village shivar of Saligouraram mandal, Nalgonda District. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of o1d pattedar passbook. She has submitted online application bearing No.LM2200036756 dated 1O-11-2022 with respondent No.3 with a request to lSSl]C E-pattedar passbook. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same, therefore, the present writ petition.
Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for t t t Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will consider the said online application submitted by the
petitioner e nd pass appropriate orders, in a,:corc alce with law.
