The present contempt case rs fired aileging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in W.p.No.B95Z of 2022, dt.tg.02.2022.

Learned Government pleader for Services I submits that the respondents have now compried with the above said order of this court, vide Memo No.Spl./Secretary peshil2,Zt_462, d',I3.OS.2OZ2 rejecting the case of the petitioner, and therefore, prays for closure of the contempt case. A copy of the same is served on the rearned counser for the petitioner across the Bar and also is placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this court has been complied with by the respondents, there is no disobedience, much ress wilfur disobedience, to the order ofthis Court, on the part ofthe respondents. 4.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
