The present contempt case is fired aileging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of ZOZ2 in W.p.No.7549 of 2022, dt.rr,02.2022.

Learned Government preader for Services I submits that the respondents have now complied with the above said order of this Court, rzrice Memo No.Spl./Secretary peshi/2021-380 , dt.I3.OS.2O22 rejecting the case of the petitioner, and therefore, prays for crosure of the contempt case. A copy of the same is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar and also is placed on record of this Court.

Having regard to the fact that the above order of this court has been complied with by the respondents, there is no disobedience, much less willful disobedience, to the order of this court, on the part of the respondents. 4.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
