Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that some mistakes have been crept in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition. Permission as sought for is accorded, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,OOO/_.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed L" withdrawn by granting tiberty as prayed for, subject to payment of costs of Rs.SOOO/_ to the account No.62423627327 (Llbrary) of the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad.
