- ) obligated to tal<e action as it is their responsibility to protect the said open spaces. He submits that he has no instructions whether this layout which the petitioner is referring is approved layout or not. 4.

If the said layout is an approved layout and if there is encroachment in the open spaces, to this extent, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, duly issuing notice to the unollicial respondents. [n this case, this court has not issued notice to tJle unoflicial respondents, as the respondents are directed to give an opportunity to the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
