Heard Sri K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Petitioner herein had filed an appeal under Section 24 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955, t \ \ on 2l-Il-2O22, with respondent No.3 challenging the order dated lL-lO-2O22 of respondent No.4. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said appeal, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same, therefore, the present writ petition.

Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will register the said appeal and dispose of it, in accordance with law.
