When the matter is taken up for admission and hearing, learned Government pleader has produrced the

alleged detenu viz., Smt. Salaka before this Court and the detenu has informed this Court that she intends to stay with her parents.

In vieu, of the submissions made by tt;le detenu, t]nis Court is of the view that the present petition cannot be entertained. Hou,ever, liberty is given to the detenue viz., Smt. Salaka, who is a married women, to stay at her own place i.e., with her parents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

6.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if an-v, shall stand closed.
