This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionersAccused Nos.2 and 3 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.B32 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4 of I.P.C and Sections 3, 4 of D.P.Act.
