It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O. 15 gts., in Sy.No. 1/au/ 1, Ac.S.OO gts., in Sy.No.24l 15/2/ I, situated at Uppumadugu Village, Raikal Mandal, Jagtial District and the revenue authorities have mutated his name in the revenue records and also issued pattadar passbooks in his favour as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971(for short "the ROR Act, 1971") and the Rules made thereunder. The case of the petitioner is that in the digital pattadar passbooks, the land to an extent of Ac.O. 15 gts., in Sy.No.1/a:l/ I is been missing and land to an extent of Ac.4.l2 gts., in Sy.No.24/ l5/2/1, is recorded instead of Ac.5.OO gts., therefore, he made online application uide No.24OO722O37, dated 18.11.2024 requesting for passbook data correction. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities are not considering the same. Hence, the present writ petition. ., / ---z

Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent this writ pt;tition is disposed of at the admission stage 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed altout the submission of the online application and it is stated that if the application submitted by the petitioner fulfils all the requirements, the respondent authorities n'ill consider the same 4.
In view of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the \,'rit petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the online application uide No.24OO|22O3'7 , dated 78.11.2024, submitted by the petitioner and if he fulltls all the requirements mentioned in CCLA's circular No. 1 of 202 1, dated l5.Ol.2O2l and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 2A.O2.2O24 and if he is found otherwise eligible, they shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (O8) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
