Heard.

All these writ petitions are filed by individual plot owners of various plots in Sy.No.136 situated at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Since similar matter is already heard and disposed of by this Court in W.P.No.4873 of 2014, dated 03-04-2014, these writ petitions are also disposed of with similar direction as extracted below:- "Learned Government Pleader, on instructions from respondent No.3, submits that there is no action taken by respondent No.3 so far and if at all any action is taken, petitioner will be put to notice and after following principles of natural justice, appropriate action, as warranted under law, will be taken. In view of the said submission, it is apparent that the writ petition is moved only on apprehension and hence, no further orders are necessary."

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
