O.S.No.62 of 2012), passed by the Telangana Stal Waqf Tribunal at H ydera bad 3.
At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that he instant Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable as it is filed at r much belated stage of 2 years after the impugned judgment wa: passed by the . had a ready Tribunal. Secondly, it is Found that the petitior r judgment and availed appropriate remedies flowing from the sat: .ion Cou rt i. e.
decree by way of filing an E.A. before lhe Exe'c L E.A.No.522 of 2025, which stood dismissed on .12.2025. The said order of the Execution Court has again gone unchallenged.

4.
In the teeth of the aforesaid two proceeding. the reference of which is not reflected in the instant Civil Revis ( 1 Petition, the petitioner filed the instant Civil Revision Petition r rallenging the original judgment passed by the Tribunal
5.
Further, given the fact that there is a considerable delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court and also given the fact that the petitioner meanwhile had availed other legal remedies available to him, and also considering the fact that no plausible explanation has been given by the petitioner for not assailing the impugned judgment passed by the Tribunal promptly and immediately, particularly when he was aware of the judgment having been passed by the Tribunal on 01.11.2023, it will be difficult for this Court to enterlain the instant Civil Revision Petition at th is juncture.
6.
For the aforesaid reasons, this Civil Revision Petition fails and is accordingly rejected. However, the right of the petitioner for availing other legal remedies, if any, under the statute is Ieft open' 7.
