The grievance of the petitioner is that despite her complaint and repeated requests, the respondents have not completed the investigation.

Today, when the case is called, Mr. S. Ram Mohan, Assistant Government Pleader for Telangana represented before this Court that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and copy of charge Psheet signed by Mr. K. Saidulu, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station Banjara Hills, is placed before this Court.

Hence, the same is taken on record and the Writ Petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication.
