HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 38597 OF 2014 ORDER:

The learned Standing Counsel for GHMC states that GHMC will now consider the application of the petitioner for grant of building permission without reference to the proceedings dated 25.11.2014. The Standing Counsel has placed before this Court the proceedings dated 29.12.2014. The same is placed on record. Since the cause in the Writ Petition is no longer survives for adjudication, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
