THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15524 of 2014 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to release 340 bags of black jaggery (each bag containing 50 kgs) total 17,000 kgs seized in Crime no.662 of 2014-15 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Station, Khazipet, Warangal District in favour of the petitioner on executing a personal bond to the satisfaction of the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Prohibition & Excise cases, Warangal. At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that by the time of filing of the present petition, the property was returned to the person concerned. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
