ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order dated 27.10.2015 passed in T.O.P.No.307 of 2015 on the file of the District Judge, Rajahmundry. T.O.P.No.307 of 2015 was filed seeking transfer of A.S.No.47 of 2015 from X Additional District Court, Kakinada to 1st Additional District Court, Rajahmundry.

Having gone through the material available on record and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned District Judge, Rajahmundry, held that as both the suits were disposed of on the same day by one and the same Court, it would be appropriate that both the appeals be heard and disposed of by a single Court to avoid multiplicity of proceedings and conflicting decisions, allowed the petition and transferred A.S.No.47 of 2015 to I Additional District Judge's Court, Rajahmundry. I do not find any irregularity or illegality in the order passed by the learned District Judge, Rajahmundry, and it needs no interference by this Court.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
