This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw and transfer of E.P.No .23 of 2016 in O.S.No.259 of 2010 pending on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court at Miryalaguda to file of Principal Senior Civil Judge Court at Miryalaguda to be tried along with O.S.No.l of 2023.

Heard Sri Anantha Srinivasulu, learned counsel for , ttre petitioner. Perused the entire record.

Since both the proceedings in E.P.No.23 of 2016 and O.S.No.1 of 2023 are within the jurisdiction of Miryalaguda Court, said matter can be adjudicated by Principal District Judge, Nalgonda.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for [he petitioner seeks pennission of this Court to withdraw the present Tr.C.M.p with a liberfy to file Transfer petition before the principal District Judge, Nalgonda. He has made endorsement to the said effect on the bundle. 5.
G:anting liberty as sought, this Tr.c.M.p is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs Ari a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
