This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking to quash the S.C.POCSO No.62 of 2025 in FtR No.259 of 2O2S dated 21.OT.2025, on the file of Korutla Police Station, Jagtial District, registered under Section 67-8 of lT Act, 2008 and Section 15 of pOCSO Act,2O12.

2. Heard Ms. Durishetty Akhila, leamed counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. /I

When the mafter is taken up for hearing, leamed counsel for the petitioner has limited her arguments seeking a direction to dispensewiththeappearanceofthepetitionerbeforetheTrialCourt.

Perused the record. The allegations leveled against the petitioner/accused pertain to the offences punishable under Section 67-8 of lT Act, 2008 and Section 15 of POCSO Ad'' 2O12 in FIR No.259 of 2025 is registered on the file of Korutla Police station' Jagtial District.

Considering the submission of the leamed counsel for the petitioner,theCriminalPetitionisdisposedofdispensingwiththe presence of the petitioner/accused before the Trial Court provided that the petitioner is represented through an Advocate on every date of hearing and that he shall be present before the Trial Court whenever he is specifically required during the course of trial' 7.
