HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2131 of 2017 ORDER:
The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondents have willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 23.11.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.40495 of 2016, wherein the petitioners were directed to make a fresh online application in Form 6-A, seeking mutation of name of the second petitioner in respect of the subject land, within a week from the date of order, in which event, the same was directed to be considered by the respondents, within a period of four weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the order dated 23.11.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.40495 of 2016 has been complied with. The same is not disputed by Sri T.Ramulu, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the fact that the application of the second petitioner, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records has been considered by the Tahsildar, Odela Mandal, Karimnagar District - respondent, which gets clarified from the letter No.B/ 2254/ 2010, dated 28.11.2017, the order dated 23.11.2016 stands complied with. Hence nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
