RESPONDENTS Apprication under section 11 (5 & 6) of the Arbitration and conciriation Act, 1gg6 and scheme of Appointment of Arbitrator praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit field therewith, the High court may be pleased to Appoint as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the applicant and thr Amended Deed pf partnership Firm dared 28.12.200r.

This Application coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Application and affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. T. Lakshminarayana, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Sri. Hari Sridhar, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and of Sri. D. Vijay Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent Nos.6 to B and of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 not appeared either in person or by Advocate. The Court made the following: ORDER This Court on 31 .12.2019 allowed this application appointing Honourable Smt. Justice T. Meena Kumar, Chief Justice (Retd.) as sole arbitrator for resolution of disputes between the applicant and respondents. Later, on 29.12.2020 this Court extended the time for a period of six months in view of the letter daled 11.12.2020 addressed by the learned Arbitrator by allowing l.A.No.1/2020.

But, on 09.06.2021 , the Honourable Arbitrator addressed another letter and returned the file expressing her difficulty to process with physical hearing in the matter due to heavy pandemic situation prevailing.

ln view of the above, Honourable Sri Justice G. Raghuram, Director, National Judicial Academy, Bhopal, is appointed as Arbitrator in place of smt. Justice T. Meena Kumari, Chief Justice (Retd.).
