Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents.

The Government Pleader for Education has produced proceedings dt.14.12.2018 in Lr.Rc.No.11/B1/APMS/2015-of the 2nd respondent issuing appointment order to the petitioner as TGT in Mathematics subject.

In view of the said proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent, counsel for petitioner does not wish to pursue the Writ Petition and it is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
