Alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 06.04.2016 passed in W.P.No.32145 of 2013, the present Contempt Case came to be filed.

At the time of hearing today it is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court recalled the said order on 02.09.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.32412 of 2016 and a copy of the same is placed on record. 3.
