HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2606 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.36037 of 2016.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent authority to consider the explanations submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders in accordance with law, and till such time, they are directed not to take any coercive steps for demolition. Admittedly, as on today, even as per the affidavit filed in support of the petition, no demolition has been carried out, except making an allegation that the respondent authority is threatening to demolish the structure made by the petitioner. In that view of the matter, there is no cause of action for the petitioner at this point of time. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications if any pending in the contempt case shall stand dismissed.
