HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.C. No.2476 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) Pursuant to order dated 30.11.2017, the respondent is personally present in Court with his learned counsel, and states that, due to floods in the year 2009, the representation dated 07.06.2001 of the petitioner with entire record is not traceable, therefore the said representation was not decided. He submits that if the petitioner shall make representation afresh, that will be decided as per the time fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation with certified copy of the judgment passed in O.P.No.01 of 1998 dated 28.03.2001 by the lower Court and the said representation shall be decided within four (04) weeks from the receipt of the representation and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
