Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file application under Form 6-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 through Mee Seva to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner in respect of the subject land. Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
