THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.43189 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for 5th respondent and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for 6th respondent.

Petitioners' contention is that petitioners had preferred an appeal numbered as F1/178/2016 under the Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfer) Act, 1977 before the 3rd respondent along with stay application, and that the stay application is kept pending by 3rd respondent, and in the meantime steps are being taken to make constructions in the land which had been assigned to the predecessors of the petitioners, by respondent Nos.5 and 6. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that 3rd respondent will decide the appeal within two (02) months from today.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to decide the said appeal within two (02)

MSR,J W.P.No.43189 of 2017 months from today and till said appeal is disposed of, no constructions shall be made in the subject land. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
