HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.12756 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for petitioner Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the bail application and with a further permission to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail.

In view of the above submission, bail application is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail, in which case concerned Court shall dispose of his bail application on merits on the same day. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
