Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application under Section 7 of the A.P. (Andhra Area) Inams (Abolition and conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956, before 2nd respondent, but 2nd respondent is not disposing of the said application though it has been made on 02-08-2012 in respect of the subject land. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the same within three months after giving notice to all affected parties. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dt.2.8.2012 within three months, after giving notice to all affected parties. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
