Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 13-09-2017 in mee seva for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and also for mutation in respect of the subject land to 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 4th respondent will decide the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the application of the petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
