CVNR, J.

crp_7287_2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 27-11-2017 in I.A.No. 1318 of 2017 in O.S.No. 4 of 2014 on the file of the Court of X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam at Anakapalle (for short, 'the Court below').

2.

At the hearing, Sri S.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that he received instructions from his counterpart in the lower Court that today, the Court below has delivered judgment and that therefore the cause in the civil revision petition has become infructuous. He however requested this Court to give liberty to the petitioner to question the legality and validity of the order, which is impugned in this revision, along with the appeal that may be filed by the latter against the judgment in O.S.No. 4 of 2014. 3.

In the light of the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.
