Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Balaji Medamalli, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent authorities encouraging the illegal construction on the hill, which is causing hardship to the petitioners' life and property, as illegal and arbitrary.

Sri Balaji, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 would submit that on 11.12.2018, the officials of the Corporation visited the site and found illegal structures being raised in the property in dispute. Accordingly, the same came to be removed. Subsequently, another complaint came to be lodged with regard to the structures being raised again in the same premises. In view of the above it is stated that necessary action is being taken not only by the Corporation but also by the police. 4.
Recording the said statement made, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request in case of any inaction on the part of the respondents, at a later stage.
