Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition "The petitioners are further directed to appear before the concerned SHO weekly once until filing of the charge sheet" in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 4211 of 2017 in Cr.No. 466 of 2017 dt. 20-10-2017.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.Sai Krishna Mohan Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" Heard.
Having regard to the fact that the petitinioers/A2 & A3 have been attending the concerned Police Station following the order in Crl.M.P.No. 4211 of 2017 dated. 20-10-2017 and also considering that they are aged persons, the bail order condition regarding their appearance before the SHO, Police Station Pet Basheerabad, is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. As a Sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed."
