2018-12-31A.Rajasheker Reddy1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.47168 OF 2018

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that though they have interest in the subject property and filed objections, 4th respondent - Tahsildar, without issuing any notice and considering their objections, is considering the claim of unofficial respondent No.5 dated 29-06-2016 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in his favour in respect of subject property.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider claim of the unofficial respondent No.5, after issuing notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
