Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioners is that petitioners have preferred an appeal being B/ROR/1707/2009 before the 3rd respondent challenging order passed by the 4th respondent, and that the 3rd respondent is not disposing of the said appeal.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all affected parties, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
