Respondents/Complainants Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail in connection with CC.No. 130 of 2014 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences cum VIII Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following ORDER:

" Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is allowed.

The petitioner/A2 shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. On such release, the petitioner-A2 is directed to scrupulously attend the said court for due completion of trial.

As a Sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed."
