Heard.

Having regard to the nature of the accusation against all the accused including petitioners/A2 & A4, it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. Petitioners/A2 & A4 are at liberty to surrender before concerned Court and seek for regular bail, in which case, the concerned Court shall dispose of their bail application on the same date. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
