Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that proceedings dated 15.12.2017 were issued promoting the petitioner as Junior Assistant w.e.f. 21.12.2017 by the Commissioner, Endowments Department, in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.17910 of 2017 in W.P.No.14454 of 2017, dated 21.04.2017, and a letter dated 26.12.2017 is filed to that effect.
